Fembol Group: Driving impact in schools and society

May 17, 2026

FULL STORY

The in-person training session held at Cedar Centre, Lagos on August 23 brought together educators for a day of learning, collaboration, and professional development. Representatives of Fembol Group welcomed participants and delivered goodwill messages that encouraged teachers to continue making meaningful impact in education.

The training featured interactive sessions on resilience, early literacy, inclusive teaching practices, and classroom engagement. Facilitators shared practical strategies that educators could immediately apply in their classrooms, while group activities encouraged collaboration and peer learning among participants.

The program concluded with a retreat and tour on August 24 at Nike Gallery and Wave Beach, Elegushi. The retreat provided educators with an opportunity to relax, connect, and recharge after the intensive training sessions. Participants explored art collections at Nike Gallery and later engaged in team-building games and recreational activities at the beach.

The retreat helped strengthen collaboration among educators, improve morale, and promote wellness and stress relief. Participants returned refreshed and motivated with new ideas and strategies for classroom management and student engagement.

Fembol Group supported the program through sponsorship of meals, branded materials, and logistics, helping make the experience impactful for all participants.

The initiative reflects Fembol Group’s broader commitment to education, youth development, and community impact through its Corporate Social Responsibility efforts. By supporting teacher development programs, Fembol continues to contribute to improved learning experiences and better educational outcomes for future generations.

Through initiatives like the 2024 MSEE Teachers’ Training, Retreat, and Tour, Fembol Group continues to invest in people, communities, and sustainable social development across Nigeria.
